After buying five sets of the ear buds they all have defective batteries

I really like these ear buds but don’t waste your money the last five pairs (maybe it’s only the gray ones) I can’t get them to work and I’m 100 percent sure it’s a battery issue inside the ear bud the case charges up fine!

Do not buy

Absolute rubbish. The left earbud never charges fully and doesn’t connect. There seems to be both charging and connection issues with this model now that I’ve read online reviews. The right earbud doesn’t ever play for more than an hour even when charged according to the tech guide. I’ve tried every troubleshooting step mentioned in the guide and cannot resolve the issues. These belong in the bin. Don’t buy them.
