I purchased the jib true earbuds to enjoy them. The left earbud was not charging. I thought you would replace the non-workable case that charges the earbuds, you refunded me instead thanks for the refund I’ll search around for workable earbuds.

Absolute rubbish. The left earbud never charges fully and doesn’t connect. There seems to be both charging and connection issues with this model now that I’ve read online reviews. The right earbud doesn’t ever play for more than an hour even when charged according to the tech guide. I’ve tried every troubleshooting step mentioned in the guide and cannot resolve the issues. These belong in the bin. Don’t buy them.
