Get comfy.
There are plenty of things about airplane travel that are way more stressful than they need to be. Well, there’s probably more than one. But we can’t really do anything about most of them.
So we’ll talk about getting comfortable in your seat. A good desk chair has come a long way in the last 50 years, with all kinds of lumbar support and adjustability. The seats in cars, same deal—way better than they were decades ago. But an airplane seat? Nope. They’ve been rocking the same basic idea since passenger air travel became a thing, right down to the 5 degrees of seatback adjustability and the worthless tray tables.
Unless you’re rich of course. Ideally in terms of hard currency, but airline miles can also get you there. First-class solves a lot of problems, it turns out. The seats are great and we’re told there are hot towels involved.
But for the rest of us, a little neck support goes a long way and today’s deal gives you that times two. (Because it’s a two-pack.)
This being a two-pack is especially important because at some point you’re probably going to have a traveling companion, and while sharing is a virtue unto itself, the most important thing to remember is that if they can’t settle down and get comfortable, they’re probably not going to let you relax either. So shut that travel buddy up by bringing an extra pillow and you can both enjoy the trip.
