I ordered two; one for me and one for my fiancé’s family and both arrived today. I easily assembled it right away and put it to use. I did not like the fact that you sent a product that I did not order. I ordered mop and bucket I was sent a mop n shine mop…just add a pad…don’t want it and didnt order it
