Bring the heat inside
Hey, Merry Christmas, everybody. We suppose this is as good a time as any to gather and consider the virtues of this mildly unusual grill/griddle combo.
It has a lid, but think of it in the splatter-guard or heat shield sense, not like the George Forman double griddle novelty design sense.
It looks kind of like a scanner or a Star Trek humidor or something, but it’s really just a very smart way to bring countertop grilling into your life for not a ton of money.
It even comes with some options for accent colors, even though we admit that this isn’t exactly meant to be otherwise lovely to look at.
