Make your own pie.
Outdoor home pizza ovens are very on trend these days.
Well, maybe not. Usually once we’re aware of something it’s at least on its way to being no longer trendy. But still. There was kind of a moment for these things, and there’s a reason—outdoor pizza made over real fire is awesome.
Except the thing about the super popular ones is that they’re pretty often fueled with wood pellets, which is…a lot to deal with. This one, on the other hand, runs on one of those little propane tanks you use for camping. That means you can just hook it up, light it, and be cooking at 700 degrees or more in about fifteen minutes.
From there, just slide your homemade pizza onto the stone and let it do its thing. (Store-bought ones work, too!)
You just provide the pizza and the propane. It’s going to be great.
