My old clunky unit is gone,so to receive a new ,way better, unit is a blessing. Small, light weight,easy to operate, yes a million times. First time using unit, relief was instant.I like the timer feature and no batteries to fuse with.

I have purchased 3 of these Muscle Stimulation Units. One for each of my sons and one for myself. I like the fact that you can use it anywhere. It really helps with my shoulder pain.

I was a bit skeptical upfront but for the price, it was worth taking the chance. Received today and for such a tiny machine, I am absolutely wowed! Arrived ready to use, provides 8 mode settings, adjustable intensity, and charges via USB or wall outlet.
Iβm using this for increased circulation and let me say, placing the pads on my ankles, I could feel the pulses travelling from my knees to my feet: this thing really works!
Better than I thought!
Wow! This thing REALLY works! I donβt have to go to a chiropractor all of the time (not that theyβre bad, I just canβt afford them all of the time) so for a quick fix right after youβve moved the furniture or shoveled or picked up kids all dayβ¦ USE THIS!!! It will bring much relaxation after a crap day! Then take a shower and youβll never even know that you were hurt! 
Great Product
After reading other reviews I decided to order the Somacare. After it arrived in the mail I followed the easy to understand instructions. I attached the pads to my lower back and after 20 minutes had relief from the back pain I had ben suffering. This was just my first use of the Somacare I will let you know after more uses.

I ordered one. My husband and I both used it on shoulder pains several times, with noticeable improvement! Ordered two more! One for each of us . . and one in the RV for use after golf!

Once I figured out how to use itβ¦screen is tiny so difficult to see for my old eyes, the booklet did not describe how to interpret the images on the screen, but trial and error worked it out. Iβm very happy with the unit.

Tens unit
Seems to work well. Received yesterday 3/4/2021. Modes work well, havenβt tried separate channels yet. Modes work well. 90 day warranty seems a little short for what appears to be a quality product.
Overall seems to be well made, charges quickly have used approximately 8 hours without drop in charge. Would recommend. Only drawback is the short warranty period.

I used it a couple of times when I purchased it. Attempted to use it again about a year later and it would not work. Apparently not built to last, at least for me.
Hard to operate
Hard to operate and if you only need one side of tens, it doesnβt work. Better off to spend the money on one from drugstore.

The pads were only sticky for one time use.

I have charged it according to instructions but the βfully charged lightβ has yet to come on. I am not a happy camper at all. This is why Iβve given a 1 star in my review.
