A Dutch oven is one of those things that you buy once and keep for damn ever. They’re heavy and sturdy and awesome. If you don’t have one you probably need one and if you haven’t needed one it’s pretty clear that there’s room to expand your cooking horizons.

First of all, when we say that this is the “original” Dutch oven, we mean it. BK invented these. They’ve been at this for like 150 years and continue to be the gold standard for big heavy pot things with a protective layer of enamel.

That’s got to be worth something, since at this point whatever gets you to actually buy this undeniably critical kitchen equipment is obviously a good thing.
