Terrible
This requires an electrician or someone who has that knowledge. It even says in the instructions that u should not connect it unless u have that knowledge. It requires connecting to an electrical box.How do I return this. So much for easy installation.
Misleading information on TV
This product requires an electrician to install, is not rechargeable and has options for wire connections only. It is non-compatible with a music devices and the marketing on television does not actually portray the product.
Canceled but they still sent it
Both FedEx & Morning Save failed to cancel this order & Delivery even after several request were made including a note on the gate!
