I received two pillows with extra foam. One was perfect without adding additional foam. The other was like a totally different pillow. I added extra foam put them both in the dryer as instructed and when they came out the one pillow I added foam to was still not as firm as the other. I like the pillows, therefore a 4, but I wonder about quality control. Happy I bought two, otherwise I might just have gotten the one of poorer quality.
