Lightbulb moment?
Everybody knows about smart light bulbs. (You know, like these ones, on killer sale today.)
But you don’t hear as much about smart light switches, like we have today. That is probably mostly because they require a tiny bit more effort to set up than screwing in a lightbulb.
That said, it isn’t actually that much more effort, and the effect is pretty great. You can replace an existing pair of three-way switches in your house with a couple of these.
Then you’ll not only have a sleek switch to use the old-fashioned way without having to look whether on or off is up or down (first world three-way switch problem, we realize), but you’ll also give that circuit access to all of the great features that smart home living has to offer. Integrate with your smart assistant (Google/Alexa), set up you ingenious “If This, Then That” programming…you name it.
All of that and it installs about as easily as any other light switch.
