I ordered a 4 pack of the Mophie Power Banks. Two of the power banks do not work at all— they do not charge, they do not light up if you press the on/off button, nothing, nada. The two working power banks work perfectly, as expected. I am not sure if they were actually refurbished units, or just a “bad batch,” but I would recommend if you are looking for a power bank to just purchase one locally at a retail store (so you can return the defective device).
