Immediately out the door, the boy begins leading you in the opposite direction of the mountain. You look over your shoulder as it grows smaller in the distance, but assure yourself that the boy most know some other less intuitive but far better route.
You’re wrong.
Soon, he leads you into a fog. It grows so thick you can barely see him. And then, he seems to disappear completely. You look around and see only a vague shape. Proceeding towards it, you find that it’s a strange hut. The smell of swampland hangs on the air.
Taking off your pack and setting it down against the side of the hut, you decide what to do next.
