Great product!
My son is always losing his keys, wallet, and phone. These are awesome for him!! Now he can keep track of it all. It was a great deal and comes with free batteries!
Best tracking device I own
Soon after receiving the trackRs I placed one on my key ring and then had my wife hide them. She really did a good job. I was unable to find the key ring without using the trackR. Great product & great price.
Two-way tracking works great.
Using the App to find my keys works well but I’ve actually used the button on the keys to find my phone more often! The packaging was great and even included individual gift pouches if you wanted to give them away as small gifts.

An exceptionally great deal for a much needed product! My sons misplace their wallets and keys every other day so these definitely will come in handy! Two for each of them and one for my keys.

These are worth their weight in gold!
I use them for everything! Even my car. People carjack and steal car’s here well I have one hidden in my car so if they take it I can find it! I also use it for remote controls, my keys, my wallet and everything I need to find. Everyone you know needs them and at this price they are giving them away!

Bonus batteries must be installed
I tried to get one of these to work, and then realized the batteries that came inside them were already dead. Put the new ones in and they paired with my phone quickly. Wish the directions were larger and darker and that a note about the old batteries would have been included, but otherwise, I think they will do the job!

Mine all came with dead battery’s already in them and it’s not the easiest to get the backs off. Definitely sucks having to fight with it. But overall pretty cool little gaggets.

Great! Although the time was pretty long for delivery, was worth the wait. Excellent price and will work well for me.
Peace of mind
That’s what you get when you attach one of these trackers to your car keys, put one on your wallet ect. Keep track of that stuff thru the mobile app.

The batteries needed changing when received. Very difficult to open to change battery. Instructions lack information.
Only received four and had to immediately put in new batteries.

Pure junk! It takes longer to get open and not loud enough to find anything! No wonder they send extra batteries, because the ones inside are bad! Save your money, don’t bite like I did on this one!
Absolutely the worst product money can buy!
Only one of the five worked. We had to watch multiple videos on how to get the back off to replace the battery, after an hour we finally got the back off of one and changed the battery, the thing still didn’t work. (They do come with batteries installed but since they do not turn on we wanted to replace the batteries.) We tried everything possible but could only get one to work. At least one out of five is working. Sigh
Defective product
Two out of my 10 TrackR worked! One additional one I was able to change the battery and it functioned. The rest I was not able to open the backs; this has been a waste of my time and money!
batteries dead!!!
All the batteries in the trackers were DEAD! Opening them to replace batteries was terrible. After opening them for the first time, they worked a little bit better, but still a pain in the rectal region.
I wouldn't buy this if I were you.
I should have known when I researched the required app there hadn’t been any communication in the past two years. Dunno if this company is still in business or not, but in order to use their software, you have to register after installing the app on your phone, then wait for an email. Only after that may you use the tracking devices. Well folks, it’s been 3 full days and I’m still waiting on that email. Do your own due diligence if you want a different opinion and verify the rest of the negative feedback online. It’s not hard to find.
Garbage
These trackers are useless. My iPhone is constantly alerting me about finding my keys when there right beside me. You can’t shut off the notifications on IOS. Don’t waste your money.

Duds
Of the three-pack, not one of the pixels will pair or even light up in an attempt to pair. The two that came individual wrapped work fine.

Impossible to open
I followed all the suggestion on how to open the back of the device to no avail. It is impossible to do this without damaging the device.
