Great customer service

We had a fluke where our first one delivered did not work and they immediately shipped out an additional one with extra bags. I can’t say enough about their customer service. And the product works amazing. Perfect for small areas.

not worth the money

I received this today, and I was so excited! But sadly, it does not work well. Bags are hard to get completely sealed, and you have to fight to get it to pull all of the air out. I thought this would be perfect for my parents and my inlaws, but it is hard for me to get to work correctly, let alone for older adults. Save your money and get something else.

Piece of crap

Useless junk without suction unless you put your weight on it and then it barely takes air out. Have to wait 2 days for customer service to call backβ€” not sure if that will happen.
