Convenient and too cute
I love my wristlet pouch it’s cute and such a relief to have the charging bank including for my phone. My phone always dies at unexpected times. Not anymore. I had to give one to my daughter also she has a little one to care for and she needs her phone working all the time.

I have the bandolier cell pouch/shoulder thingy already and love it. This is just as sturdy and lovable. Bought another for my goddaughter.

The charger part broke the first time I used it.
The charger part broke the first time I used it. I really loved the color and quality of the wristlet, but the charger piece didn’t clip into my iPhone socket. It was very loose, and then it fell out.

Cute pouch but mine has a defective zipper that works intermittently. Even for a pouch, not much space due to battery pack. On positive, have charging cables for both android & Apple phones.
Nice looking, but flaws
Ordered too and was not happy that battery pack that did not charge phone more that 25%, and took up too much room for my cell. Also, one of the pouches was defective. The zipper is crooked and does not work properly. (Jammed) Too bad, cute pouch although a bit disappointed.
Does not fit all Androids
I loved the idea of this charging pouch and when it said it was for iPhone or Android I ordered it right away. The pouch arrived yesterday and when I went to check to see if it was going to work for my phone I discovered that the Android plug does not work for my Pixel. I’m really disappointed.

The snap that holds the charging unit broke and I haven’t even used it yet
The pouch is very stiff , the slots for debit cards are small and cards are not easily able to slide in and out of pouch. The charger pouch takes up most of room. The cords serve the main purpose when phone needs charged.
Love the purse itself giving it a 3 because I was giving it as a gift and the snap that holds the charger is broken.
This product does what it says it does. The zipper is problematic but it’s not a deal breaker. I like the pebble leather it’s made of.

Broke
I charged up my Bandolino and then plugged my phone into the charger but my phone only fit in one way and the end of the charger broke off. My iPhone barely fits in purse that’s why I think it broke. I think I want my money back so someone please respond to my request to get my money back please
Purse not described very well
the charger in this purse will only charge older phones. Should be in description that only charges older androids. Sent mine back 
It does not fit my LG phone so I can't use it. DISAPPOINTED

Don't bother- quality was not built in
My Galaxy S8 port does not fit the charger. Instructions are not helpful because they barely exist. Waste of $s!
Zipper
Very upset. The zipper on the pouch is very hard to zip back and forth. It gets caught. This was a Christmas present but not now!!
