Very easy to use. Really like the digital read out of temperature, plus the different colors on read out if temp. is higher than normal. Great little product for the money!!

We purchased another one right after COVID started. It did not work at all.So we tried this brand. It worked as soon as we put the batteries in. It is also accurate.

Defective product
Tried multiple times. This does not measure body temperature at all. I tested against a working thermometer. It was off by more than 4 degrees.
The company email is bogus and the phone number from their website does not work.
Bad PACKAGING
When the package was delivered to me it was in a BAG it should’ve been shipped inside a BOX I don’t know if the items are damaged or not… I DO NOT WANT THE ITEMS AT ALL!!! Not HAPPY!!!
Not accurate
Not the same reading as oral. If you have to add a degree for the forehead it should say so, but not always the same temp a couple minutes apart.
Wrong color was sent. No batteries with one of them. A speck of something on screens and they read low
