Disappointing Christmas Gifts
I ordered 2 for my girls as Christmas gifts. The large box they shipped in was intact, but the actual product boxes were not. One was smashed down and the other was previously cut open and torn then taped closed. Not exactly the condition to give as a gift. Makes me think these were customer returns from a previous purchase. Not a good first experience with MORNINGSAVE.

The box was destroyed.
This was a gift for my granddaughter however it came with the top of the box all ripped up. I certainly can’t give it to her like this. Please replace asap. Thank you. I can send a picture of the ripped up box.

Don't buy
Ordered 3 of these. The first one I tried and big mistake on my part. You barely touched your face and it would shut off. When on, there’s no way this brush would do anything for your face. Not worth it. Then had big issues on returns. Never did get them returned because it would of cost over $60 to return. That’s is about what I paid for them. So not happy, never again

Not what I expected
Does not work not what I expected.
I normally do not send products back. This product basically does nothing. It has a small vibration to it. Thats it!! You move the brush around your face. I can always puarchase a hand held facial brush under $3.00 with the same results.
Not at all what expected as shown on tv!! Big etc never used. Never out of box. Want shipping label to be returned immediately! Thank you
