I was not happy with the product, and Morning Save Customer Service was absolutely wonderful in their responsiveness to my concerns. They issued a full refund for the item.

This is for the Customer Service not the product.
I was not expecting anything after writing the review. They responded and asked for pictures. Within an hour of sending the pictures they responded with an apology for the mishap and refund of my money. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you.

I ordered gold. I received a silver. These are gift for my daughters.
I did not like the fact I ordered gold and got silver. These are gifts for my girls and they don’t wear silver but I’ve reached out to someone supposedly they’re going to see if they can get more gold ones and it’s been resolved I hope but I was very disappointed, I’ve never had a problem with Morningside before and I order quite often.

Ordered three pair with choice of color which I chose the gold, but I got three pair of silver and now they’re out of stock How hard could that have been just send me the gold ones. I have never had a problem with this company before but this can’t happen or I’ll just stop ordering! They say they get back to you in a day or two it’s been four for me!!

DISSAPPOINTED
The title makes the statement. This is the first negative review that I have written in all of the years I have ordered from Morning Save.
One cannot return an item unless it is damaged or missing a part.
I bought two pair of these studs for my two great granddaughters. I wish I could return these earrings. The dull stones looked like they had been cut from the bottom of a glass coke bottle. The stones have no shine at all…Just the silver fillers between the stones. I had to get a magnifying glass to see the “diamonds”. Therefore, I am very dissappointed.
