Too heavy
I am 82 years old and I find it very heavy to vacuum with this. The suction is amazing. It’s just that I don’t really feel that it would be so good for someone that’s older more frail that I don’t love the idea also that it’s cordless and I just gave it a three because, I thought I wanted to people to be aware that if you’re older, I don’t think it’s the vacuum for them.

I bought this vacuum and it doesn’t hold a charge long enough to vacuum 1 room and have to put it on the charger. I charge it overnight and still only get to do 1 room before I have to charge it again. Tried to use the returns support link but it does not work, I have been trying for a month now and nothing. This is really ridiculous for a company to sale you items and you can’t talk to anyone nor use the support link that they say is available to use. I am very disappointed in this company and to have all these big name stars promoting these products, gives them a bad name.
