This is a really important time to take care of ourselves.

The world is still out of sorts and it’s all too easy to slip into a downward spiral of questionable hygiene and Tiger King. Fortunately, it only takes little bit of self care to start breaking that cycle. Give that quarantine beard a little trim and all the sudden you feel a little more up to taking a walk around the block.
