I love having cold water all day and when you open the bottle you have to open it all the way. You can’t hold it by the handle if you have the cover open all the way

Keeping Cold
We received this product yesterday. I did a test of seeing if the ice I added didn’t melt overnight. It did and the water was not cold. I have another water bottle which DOES keep the ice overnight and the water is cold in the morning. I would return this product, but it was only $8.00.
