Cord didn’t fit
The cord that came with the charger did not fit my phone. Luckily my regular cord end fit in the charger port and I was able to use the charger. People should know it may not fit their particular phone
Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damage with battery overheating causing plastic casing to start melting. MorningSave was very quick to resolve this and issued a refund immediately.

Order 2 units, 1 worked fine, the 2nd not so much. Customer service got back to me and made it right. Thank you
Even though the lights stay on and the power cord doesn’t fit, they refunded my money and let me keep it.
One item was broken. Items should have been packed in a different material.
Solar does not charge
Tried to charge this solar over more than a 6 day time frame. Charging in between with the plug in charger thinking that would help. With the full plug in charge, does not charge even two products on one charge, tried an iPhone 7 and iPad 2 did not get 100% on either one at 80% the other at 37% , before it lost its own charge. Very frustrating. Thank God I tried it out before depending on it!
It doesn't hold a charge
I allowed it to charge in the sun for hours and took it with me in my car. My Samsung phone dropped to 5% I wanted to try this out so I plugged it in and it only took it to 22% and then the battery died.
Garbage
Great idea, a solar power pack. It doesn’t work though. It won’t charge in the sun or through a cable.
Poor Quality
I received a damaged item. I contacted support- twice and did not receive a reply. Beware if you purchase this item.
