I was hesitant !
Im really impressed with it . It does a good job and goes under couch and chair . Hard to reach areas are no more. It was scratched up a little bit . Works fine .

Tried this out on hardwood floors, sofa and kitchen floors. Just what I was looking for

Disappointed
I was so excited to receive my new vacuum, but so disappointed upon opening up. I knew it was refurbished, but I did not expected to have scratches all over it and look like it has been used for years…
I think refurbished means well used
Shark rocket was scratched up and didnt look like my other one. It actually looks smaller at the base. Came with one tool from my other one came with a bunch. I haven’t plugged it in yet. Will be the true test. I’m afraid to. It was still $80 I expected way more okay. I’ve ordered refurbished things before and they are not all banged up. Not happy with the looks whatsoever. So far not happy at all. I am laid up at scoliosis surgery the complications and almost died he did a lightweight vacuum so I ordered my first one and I said these on sale I’ve ordered refurbished things before and they didn’t come looking like this I’m surprised it doesn’t smell like cigarettes. Haha I can’t get around to even return it if I wanted to. I guess be careful what you wish for. But honestly I would never order a refurbished one ever again!
this is the worst machine, it is top heavy so you actually have to hold it up to vaccum.
