First time customer. Paid for the item, was expecting delivery within 1-2 weeks. 1 month later still no item and the item was shipped to their own facility. Contacted customer service who advised me to “JuSt ReOrDeR” the item, which obviously by this time is already sold out and not going to be restocked. Extremely upset and disappointed.
