Works amazing. The heat gets hot and the vibration with the lumbar inflation and then deflated works amazingly. Highly recommend … you won’t be sorry. Really long plug in cord too so you don’t have to sit close to a plug to use it… 10 out of 10 for me…
It will work
it feels like it only heats up on one side so if you wanna do the whole back, you have to move it around. And I really could’ve done without the lumbar support the heat and the vibrations is enough. I really wish it would have heat the whole thing but feels like the heating element is on one side.
Great Help with Pain from Shoulder Surgery
I gifted this to a family member that had shoulder replacement surgery. Very long healing and therapy process, with pain continuing for months. 70 year old woman who said it really helped her get through the 24 - 7 pain and discomfort. Her only complaint was that it wasn’t cordless. She is still using it.

This knee wrap works great! The hook and loop on this wrap is strong!! The heat mode fells great and comforting. Love it!

Mostly Good Functions
Some changes would make it better. First, the size of the Wrap is very cumbersome for normal/smaller size people (far too long). Next, the Heat function, even on the lowest option, gets too hot. Last, it needs an additional shut down option other than unplugging from the wall. And the info should point out that it needs to be plugged in all the time you are using it. You must buy the corresponding power pack for cord free.

Massage is a vibration rather than soothing massage.
Highest heat is only felt when keeping pressure on the wrap.
It’s nothing like described! I don’t feel like its as weighted as I was planning on(very little)a bag of beans weighs more than this. massages in one spot & thats it, heats in one spot. Would NOT buy again for this price and shipping($30.00 wasted)

Not how it appears on TV
This is a very small neck wrap. It is much smaller and thinner and has less volume than what appears on TV. The heat is only in one spot on the back of the neck and the massage is loud and not relaxing or calming. Basically, you get what you pay for. This is a cheap neck wrap and is going in the donation bin. Lesson learned.
Not worth a penny
Order came, and looks good out of the box, but that’s where it ended. The heating pad doesn’t get that warm. The vibration isn’t that effective in the strap continually comes loose. They also have a new buyers remorse policy, so even if you’re not happy with it, you can’t return it. Save your money.
Product is very loud in any vibration mode.
Vibration loud, even interferes with listening to the TV.
Was very disappointed to find out that it has to be plugged in while using. I thought that it was on a charger during the demonstration.
I purchased 2. One for home and one for our summer cottage. Somehow three arrived and I’ve paid for three. Just overall disappointing experience with this Sharper Image product.
Not what I expected
This one size fits all model is extremely hard to wear correctly. The heat is in a very small place on the item and cannot afford any relief. This was extremely disappointing .
