Came within 5 days and was boxed and in another box for non breakage.
Does not include batteries so got those out and it works good- I believe it is accurate because I weighed myself on another scale and at the Dr office.

Scale was received timely and it’s a nice scale. I bought this scale because it was wi-fi smart. The issue that I have is, the app is old technology. I was not able to download the app to my new Android phone. I am giving this 4 stars because I had my neighbor to try and download the app and it worked for her, but she has a 5 year old phone. Also, when I contacted MorningSave with my issue, they immediately refunded my money, no questions asked. Now that is great customer service. I may not buy another scale, but I will continue shopping on MorningSave.

Morningsave.com refunded $11 for this product.
I thought it was fair to halve the cost because I
could use the product as described. Too bad
that MerchSource support wouldn’t update the
app for this digital scale. It would’ve been a great
product purchase otherwise. I won’t be recommending
any MerchSource, LLC products to anyone.
Morningsave.com should check out smart
products claims before selling them. I am happy
that they refunded half the amount of this digital
scale to me though. They offered me a full return.
I also don’t want to be charged approximately
$7 extra for a membership fee. I didn’t know
that either until I received an email stating that.
Overall, the scale is worth about $10 without the
smart features. It’s esthetically pleasing so I’m
keeping it as is. I’ll check ahead next time before
I trust these advertising claims here on out. I also
canceled membership immediately after this
product arrived. I hope that I don’t get charged
for the membership. This purchase didn’t work
out for me.

I recently started a weight loss journey and wanted a scale that not only measured pounds but body fat as well. The scale is not accurate and off by 6-7 lbs. There is no way to calibrate it

The application is made for older model phones which makes Bluetooth useless. Very disappointing since I bought for a friend . False advertising in my view.
