Very disappointed with product. I have asked for a refund and item is not what I expected. Can not see the watch and does not stay on when you tap product. scrolling is a nightmare.

The directions are vague in terms of how to use. App was worse. There is no mention of the memory card or whatever it is in instructions nor on the App. I’m sure it didn’t sell at $80 so they had a huge 76% saving to buy at $20. No value here.

They don’t tell you that it’s for people insured with United Healthcare, and you have to down the app, then put the “sim” in your desktop or laptop. Very cheap plus not simple enough

I’m sure it’s to late to return this item. I have been dealing with Striiv since I bought the Smart watches from you. I purchased 3 of them. It does not track the sleep on any of them. Strive said they are working on the issue. However it seems they aren’t doing anything about it. When I asked for a refund they said I had to go back to where I purchased them. What do I do now? I have them out as gifts and the people I have them to are unhappy with them.
