Directions:
- Connect the smart outlet first (very important as this is the hub and needs to be the first item connected, it is the link for Alexa) with the Switchmate Home app. Do not use the new SimplySmart Home by Switchmate app.
- After connecting the outlet and adjusting the settings to your liking as well as connecting it to your WiFi, connect the smart light switches to the same app
- Click the settings gear icon in the top left of the app home page, then click “Link Alexa”. Click OK on the firmware update popup if it comes up and follow the instructions on that screen for the Alexa app which are different than a typical link
