Much needed Massage!
This is a great massager. The VIVAspa is the BEST Neck/Shoulder Massager that Iβve ever purchased. I donβt like putting my arms through the straps, but it is definitely worth the awkwardness. I hope it last!!!

I know nothing about this brand and very little about the type of massager, but I am so thrilled about this product and I guess I had a good sense to buy two of them for only $39 each. I am so happy and over the moon over this product. I recommended to everyone.

The massage was great it goes in direction for awhile then stops and goes on opposite direction. Itβs very easy to use and comfortable. I definitely recommend that anyone that has pain and tightness in their neck and shoulders Must purchase this item.

This massager works soooooo well it put me to sleep. I was in heaven, Ok! Itβs soo good that for me it basically emulated being at the spa and getting a deep tissue massage if youβre into those this is for you! My neck and shoulders are so loose Iβm tempted to Dutty Wine(Dance) around my house

This is a great Product
I like that it is mobile. I really does a great job massaging my shoulder and neck. I have 2 bad discs in my neck and this help relax my neck muscle and alleviate pain.
Worked quickly to remove the stiffness in my neck
I have a constant stiff neck and have been using Salon Pas patches and a heating pad. When I received the Vivaspa, I unpacked it and tried it immediately. It was Amazing!! After 10 minutes all of the stiffness was gone and I feel so much better. I will use it every day and I highly recommend it for neck or shoulder pain or stiffness.

Viviispa Massager.is great
They come packaged great for gift-giving. Love the extra cord for car use as well. It does take awhile for the hearing mechanism to heat. All in all a good product. Good massaging qualities. We bought several for Christmas gifts.

Itβs very large and kind of difficult to handle. The controls are in a very awkward place which makes it hard to change them while using the product. The product canβt be used unless itβs plugged in which is very uncomfortable. Over all if I had known all if these things before I purchased this product, I most likely would not have purchased it. I will not recommend it to others for reasons listed above.
It barely heats. Not what I expected.
It needs to be plugged into electricity socket
When this product was shown it appeared to be un-corded in use. I bought 2 so I could give 1 to my Mom with her aches & pains. After receiving it, I feel a bit βtakenβ as it needs to be plugged in, so movement is restricted. I never would have purchased knowing this. The control buttons are in a perfect place for use - but tethered makes its use too restrictive for my purposes.
Miserable device.
Having always loved a deep massage I thought this was just what I needed. Well guess again. It is bulky and cumbersome. You could lay on a bed of baseballs and it would be more comfortable and you wouldnβt have to physically hang on to it. Definitely not user friendly. I have not tried it on the legs yet and will do that but my guess is that this item will end up in a Goodwill donation box. I previously had bought the foot massage by the same brand and love it.
This gift stopped giving
This product has stopped working, after one week of usage. Reached out to MorningSave to utilize the warranty and havenβt received a response.
Way too expensive. $23 on Amamzon. Donβt trust this site when they say something is a deal. Shame on them.

I would not recommend this product. Very disappointed & have a NO RETURN POLICY. I will also share with BBB. NO RETURN POLICY SHOULD BE NONE WHEN SOMEONE IS GOING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
