Finally someone got it RIGHT!!
I have purchased a variety of devices for my neck and this is the best Shihatsu i have used. The heat is minimal, which i prefer to breaking out in a sweat. But the pressure of the kneading and switch between intervals is dead on perfect. And the price can not be beat. I have a degenerative disk w/spurs in my neck pinching the nerve on my right. Im an artist & the strain gets to be too much. In my lumbar there are 4 discs with issues and whats awesome is i can comfortably use this device on either and get the relief i have not gotten this quickly before with anything. Absolutely purchase this if your considering.

I was looking for a 2nd neck massager like the Homedics Kneading Shiatsu massager. This one does not relieve the pain. The Homedics kneads up or down and feels more like a real massage therapist. This one goes from left to right. Pinches the neck instead of feeling like a therapist. I tried several angles. I wouldn’t waste my money.
