Travel right.
There’s a reason that a company named after a Sasquatch variant gets away with charging an exorbitant amount of money for a decent stainless steel cup, and it isn’t marketing shenanigans. (Okay, it isn’t just marketing shenanigans.)
It’s also because it turns out that having a really nice travel mug is quite a perk. Plastic ones are a dime a dozen and you can easily fill your mug shelf with nothing but those, most having random logos on the side because they came from trade shows or giveaways or whatever. Those stink. They aren’t heavy enough, so they spill easily. They also look pretty terrible and usually wear quite badly, considering that they’re essentially built to be low-cost and vaguely disposable.
So what you really want is something that isn’t an inexplicable luxury purchase thanks to puzzlingly effective marketing campaigns and also isn’t a dirt cheap gas station item that’s going to let you down.
This is that. It’s high-quality stainless steel with a cool enough aesthetic and you get two of them. There’s a grippy part for your hand, a grippy part for the base, and a lid that snugs up nicely to keep hot stuff hot.
Not bad for ten bucks, right?
