There’s a certain category of speaker that lives its whole life on a shelf, occasionally delivering mediocre sound from across the room while your phone sits next to it doing nothing. That’s not really what this is.

The Urbanista Sydney is pocket-sized and genuinely portable — light enough to toss in a bag without thinking about it, waterproof enough for pool days and beach trips, and Bluetooth 5.0 means it connects reliably without the usual three-attempt ritual.

Here’s the part that actually makes it interesting: you get two, and they pair together wirelessly for stereo sound. One on each side of the picnic table. One in the bathroom, one in the kitchen. Two rooms, one music source. Use them separately or link them — either way, you’ve got options most single-speaker setups don’t give you.

Each runs up to five hours on a charge, takes about ninety minutes to top back up, and has a built-in mic for calls when your hands are otherwise occupied. At 3W per driver, don’t expect a concert. Do expect surprisingly solid audio for the size.
