Only one of the five worked. We had to watch multiple videos on how to get the back off to replace the battery, after an hour we finally got the back off of one and changed the battery, the thing still didn’t work. (They do come with batteries installed but since they do not turn on we wanted to replace the batteries.) We tried everything possible but could only get one to work. I should have known when I researched the required app there hadn’t been any communication in the past two years. Dunno if this company is still in business or not, but in order to use their software, you have to register after installing the app on your phone, then wait for an email. Only after that may you use the tracking devices. Well folks, it’s been 3 full days and I’m still waiting on that email. Do your own due diligence if you want a different opinion and verify the rest of the negative feedback online. It’s not hard to find.
