A gentle glow
Nightlights have obviously been a thing since forever.
Usually they’re just a little bulb with some sort of a decorative thing in front of them, like a gently frosted sconce or an adorable cartoon mouse who inexplicably looks like an actual demon when backlit in exactly the way it is intended to be used.
Oh well. Times have changed. And now, instead of that boring/terrifying nonsense, you can have a highly configurable, pretty smart night light for not a lot of money.
Colors? Millions of them. Motion sensor? Yep. Alexa/Google compatibility? For sure.
It’s going to do exactly what you want, whether that’s create some nighttime ambience in a bedroom or a quick dose of gentle light in the hallway when someone’s puttering to the kitchen for a drink of water.
It has its own app so you can get it dialed in for whatever use you have in mind, which can even include custom wake-up or bedtime routines.
Pretty great. Sending two. Fifteen bucks. Sleep well!
