THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:
- Comfort preference.
- Damage or physical abuse to the cover material and/or structure, including cuts, liquid damage, tears, stains, burns, and so on. However, all warranty defects not occasioned by damage or abuse would be covered under our standard warranty.
- Any damage associated with improper bed frames, adjustable bases, or foundations.
- Replacement of any of the accompanying pieces from Unelma’s mattress where there is only one defective piece, unless the accompanying piece is defective also.
- Demonstration samples or floor models sold at discount prices (check out special warranty for floor models and demos).
