Escape Plan: Activated
You’ve probably seen those little hammers for breaking your car window if you’re having the kind of bad day that requires such a thing. They sometimes have seatbelt cutters built in (yes, another indication that things aren’t going great).
For such a serious tool, those things are usually pretty small and light and generally don’t feel like the kind of hardware you want to bet your life on in a pinch.
Not this, though.
This not only does the window-breaking thing and the seatbelt-cutting thing, but also has a bunch of other useful emergency features. On top of that, it’s also seriously substantial and actually inspires some confidence when you hold it.
Aside from the breaking and the cutting, it’ll also give you light where you need it, whether that means a work light or an emergency flasher. Magnets and clamps and a hook will help you position it exactly where you need it in a pinch, too.
It’s a great little piece of hardware that we hope you never need. You’re also going to get four of them, so feel free to give a couple away to whichever loved one seems most likely to end up in a car upside down.
