Puree As You Please
There are two types of kitchen appliances:
TYPE 1 - Really awesome-sounding niche items that you use once or twice, stash away, and eventually sell at a tag sale to someone else who repeats this process; and…
TYPE 2 - Pretty basic/boring items that you kick yourself for not buying sooner, because they’re just so friggin’ useful.
A food processor fits comfortably into the second category. There’s a blade. You press a button. The blade spins. Some garbanzo beans, oil, garlic, and spices suddenly become delicious hummus. Tada!
But lest we undersell you, let us just say: this is not a totally standard food processor. First of all, it’s from Cuisinart, so you can rest assured it’s been engineered by people who know a thing or two about making high-quality kitchen wares. Second, it has a 14-cup capacity. Which is a lot of cups.
In other words, you can make a whole snack table’s worth of that aforementioned hummus in one go!
So grab one today, and improve your process in the kitchen!
(Get it? “Process”? Eh?)
