Got these for gifts , so I sure hope there good ? I’d hate to give a bad gift !! But I can say they came in a timely manner as most things have been taking forever !
Good sound
For an inexpensive earbud, it has decent sound. Doesn’t stay charged for 3 hours as ad says. Mine kept charged for 1.5 hours after being plugged in overnight. The storage bin does recharge as indicated, but it takes an hour or so to recharge.

A little disappointed in the sound. It sounds tinny. Needs lots more base. I would send back but they were only $19.95. Guess you get what you pay for.
Right earbud doesn't work
The right earbud for this item does not charge and does not work. I need a refund please.

Alpha Pro wireless earbuds
These earbuds do not work as advertised. They do not shut off when placed in the charging case nor do they turn on when taken out. When connected thru Bluetooth on my iPhone they must be disconnected in order to hear anything on my phone. They don’t fit my ears either with any of the tips. It’s very difficult to use the multifunction touch control. All I get is Siri on my phone.

Just got these was planing to give as a gift but they are junk. Only had sounds in one ear and the case wouldn’t take a change.
Product inferior quality
Quality isn’t good, not at all worth $200 even at retail. We feel that posting it at that retail price is misleading.
Waste of money
Don’t bother with these. You only get to recharge them 4 times. Plus you have to have a wireless charger.

These things don’t hold charge, and turn off right after they connect. They are garbage.
