excellent heating pad, covers from lower back to neck and shoulders. can only use as a lay flat pad because doesnt stay on shoulders and the elastic belt for the waist does not work because it does not have any velcro on it to attach to. still great for me that i only planned to use it laying down anyway. puts out great comforting heat.
