Tasty and convenient
You can keep yourself out of a lot of trouble with a breakfast-friendly food bar like this. Because breakfast is a meal where if you don’t have the time or motivation to do it properly, things can go sideways really fast.
There really aren’t any other meals where you miss them and then immediately walk into an office where someone is offering you something that’s going to trick your hungry brain into eating 1,200 calories worth of mostly sugar in ten minutes because you didn’t have your act together enough to have eaten an egg or something an hour earlier. But a box of donuts? Everyday occupational hazard that nobody thinks twice about.
From those donuts to fast food drive-thrus to gas station sandwiches marinating under heat lamps, early morning nutritional landmines are everywhere. Fortunately, if you just eat SOMETHING that’s halfway filling and reasonably nutritious before you get to any of these temptations, you’ll probably be fine. It’s much easier to make good choices on a full stomach.
Anyway, with these you get soft and chewy goodness in a convenient, take-it-anywhere package. They’re fairly premium, so getting two dozen for twenty bucks is a bit of a score.
Eat bars. Avoid donuts. Feel great until lunchtime.
