Real Flame. No worries.
It’s a real flame.
Yes, you can get those LED candles that look pretty similar to these. And they’ll flicker and glow just like real candles.
But even though that should be totally sufficient for creating a certain kind of ambience, we all know that it just isn’t the same. There’s just something about a real candle with a real flame that you really can’t simulate with some low cost electronics and some material that looks vaguely like wax.
But these? These are…kind of the same as the real thing. Only better.
You get the push-button ease of the fake cheater candles but the undeniable legitimacy of an actual flame. You’ll also have some semblance of safety, since they’re designed not to light up by accident and will also turn themselves off if you tilt the candle or otherwise screw around with it.
They’re pretty great.
Though they did once retail for a preposterous $100 (without the refills), so it’s kind of understandable why someone might have chosen LEDs or real candles rather than shell out that kind of cash.
Super tempting for this price, though, right?
