Powers up, folds flat
There are a lot of ways to charge a phone. Most of them involve a cable, a little aiming, and at least one moment where you realize you didn’t quite pull it off and that nothing charged overnight.
This charger removes most of the variables.
It uses Qi2 magnetic wireless charging to snap your compatible iPhone into place automatically, delivering up to 15W of power for compatible phones while a second charging surface handles your AirPods. The magnets take care of alignment, so instead of fiddling with a cable in the dark, you just set your phone down and let it lock into position.
The foldable design makes it useful in two different ways. Open it up and it works as a small charging stand so you can glance at notifications or the clock while your phone powers up. Fold it flat and it becomes an easy travel charger that slips into a bag without bringing along a nest of cables.
Simple idea, nicely executed: one compact charger, two devices handled, and your desk or nightstand stays a little less crowded.
