Except it turns out that 2024 is a dystopia of technological disappointment where we live on the bleeding edge of hyper targeted digital advertising and yet the invention that has the gall to call itself a hoverboard is a glorified roller skate with a battery in it. We made some choices, humanity.
But the point here is that most health-related tech is still kind of clunky and old-looking, which is probably a good thing considering that most people out there pushing the sleek and sexy alternatives turn out to be venture capital grifters who watched too many YouTube shorts about the success mindset.
Regardless, this is slightly more refined than a traditional blood pressure cuff in that it’s all self-contained within the band and also that it talks to you.
Not bad for twelve bucks.
Still sorry about the hoverboards, though.
